Walk With Ease Program is a structured walking program that offers support, education and health coaching to help participants develop successful exercise routines. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with Walk With Ease. Join the group that meets twice per week, led by by certified Walk With Ease instructors, Sharon Johansen, PTA, MS, ATC and Jane Solon, or participate on your own following the workbook.*

The 8 week session starting August 19 will meet twice a week on Monday and Wednesday at 11 am in the Des Moines University Wellness Center (no class on Labor Day – Sept. 2).

*$5 Workbook Fee for all participants.
