This vinyasa style class includes breath focused movements, large moments of relaxation time and flexibility, and short periods of strength challenged poses. This class is perfect for those individuals looking for a relaxing study or work break with a few short opportunities to work on their body weight strength. No previous experience, knowledge or equipment required.
