This class will have interval sets combining weight training and cardio to get a full-body workout. Each set will focus on a specific muscle group, and the moves will progress from basic weight resistance to a compound move and finally, a cardio burst. This interval style training allows you to work at your own pace so that everyone from beginner to advanced levels feels an intense workout that will enhance your strength and endurance.
