Stretch & Unwind will move you through a series of stretches from your head down to your toes to improve overall functionality and flexibility of your body. Using a combination of props such as the yoga strap and/or towel, and chair, you will have the opportunity to do a relaxing whole body stretch from your head down to your toes with the goal to improve your flexibility, general wellness and provide pain relief.  A warm-up will always be included with this class.
