Various circuit type routines provided to improve general strength and cardiovascular conditioning. You will utilize various types of resistance from dumbbells, bars, medicine balls and your own body weight with bursts of cardio mixed in the workout to help you burn more calories. All levels welcome as modifications and progressions will be provided.
