Reduce pain and stiffness from arthritis through a series of gentle, pain-free movements. Improve balance, strength, flexibility, stamina and, most important, your quality of life. Taught by Kathy Mercuris, PT, a certified Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention instructor.
