About this Event
Add to calendarThe purpose of the training is to educate community service providers on opioid misuse, overdose and how to screen for high risk substance use. The increase in opioid misuse, overdose and high risk substance use results in a significant need for more behavioral health education to all professionals serving the community.

It will also explain the basics of medication assisted treatment/recovery and an introduction on Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) and how to implement SBIRT.
