The Des Moines University College of Health Sciences is hosting a career fair on August 28, 2024, from 1-3 p.m. at the Olsen Center on DMU’s 3200 Grand Ave. campus.  We hope you will consider attending and helping us make this event a success.

Funds from this event will be used to support student learning activities.

What Kind of Applicants Will I Meet?

Employers will have the opportunity to meet with students in the following College of Health Sciences graduate programs:

• Physical Therapy — Third-year graduating D.P.T. students
• Physician Assistant — Second-year graduating PA students
• Occupational Therapy — Second-year O.T.D. students

Local students in our Health Care Administration and Public Health programs are invited to attend along with physical therapy assistants and other health occupation students from various programs within the region. In addition, DMU alumni are invited to attend.

The career fair will take place in the Olsen Center on the east end of DMU’s campus at 3200 Grand Ave.

A total of 30 booths are available.

• 2 Chairs

• Electrical Access (Limited, must select on registration)
• Lunch for up to Two Recruiters (Additional lunches may be ordered for additional recruiters.)
• Free Parking

Table coverings are NOT provided. Please bring your own or you may order one on the registration form.

Itinerary

• 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. – Registration and Setup
• 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. - Lunch (provided)
• 1-3 p.m. – Career Fair
• 3-4 p.m. – Teardown
