Strengthen and condition your core stability muscles… and more!  This class will work your core, which includes the upper and lower abdominals, obliques, and lower back muscles.  Focus is also on the hips and glutes to develop better balance and improve functional movement. Resistance bands and light weights will be incorporated into this class to help you develop your core strength.  Come prepared to work the core and lots more!
