Session Title: LEaD: Leadership Exploration and Development

Session Description:

Last spring, Dr. Halm shared about the definition of leadership, universal qualities of effective leaders, and self-assessment tools to boost awareness of leadership style. This session will include specific leadership case studies and exercises that will help participants explore their own natural leadership style and provide specific communication tools to allow them to get more from their team members.
