Session Description:

Hybrid meetings have opened new opportunities and challenges for collaboration among colleagues. Whether engaging a group in a presentation or a highly interactive activity, it is important to consider the size of the group, opportunities for engagement, available technology, and campus spaces. In this session, we will lay out general considerations and questions to ask as you begin to design your hybrid meeting, providing exmaples of what has worked, and lessons learned. We will then suggest next steps towards a tailor-made solution based on your needs.
