The annual DMU Research Symposium is a platform for students and faculty to present findings from ongoing and developing research. Furthermore, it is a university forum to recognize and commemorate research excellence. Additionally, the symposium serves as a foundation to provide students with authentic experiences in presenting their research as oral or poster presenters.  

New this year:  

• The symposium is open to only DMU students, faculty, and staff.  There will be virtual and online opportunities for our colleagues, families, and friends to join. 
• We are excited to host an in-person symposium using digital posters! There is no need to print posters this year! Presenters will be assigned a designated time to present next to a monitor displaying their research poster. All posters will also be added to a poster-viewing website.
